Job summary

Hartland Recruitment & Advertising Limited is seeking an electrician/electrical panel wirer in Northamptonshire to join a busy workshop. You will read electrical drawings, wire and terminate components, and build control panels and enclosures to a high standard.

Responsibilities include wiring motors, sensors, drives, and handing over completed panels for on-site installation and commissioning. A combination of electrical qualifications and hands-on panel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with ability to read electrical drawings.
• Experience wiring, terminating and building control panels.
• Panel enclosure fabrication and hand fitting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow electrical drawings, wire, terminate and cabling panels and enclosures.
• Wiring in motors, sensors, pushbuttons, drives and assemble panel in workshop.
• Hand finished panel over for installation and commissioning on site.

Control Panel Wiring and Electrical Fitting Northamptonshire

£35K - £38K + Benefits

Busy company with a full order book, seeking to grow further, and aiming to find an extra Electrician or Electrical Control Panel Wirer who can

• Read and follow electrical drawings- wiring, terminating, cabling electrical panels and enclosures to a good standard.
• Wiring in motors, sensors, pushbuttons, drives, completing the panel in the workshop
• Handing the finished electrical panel over for others to install and commission on customers sites.

What do we need? Electrical qualifications ability to read electrical drawings - ability to do hand fitting and building a control panel enclosure, some experience of wiring, terminating, ideally some control panel wiring experience, PLC control panel, MCC for example.

You’ll earn £35000 - £38000 basic salary based on your experience, plus holidays, pension, and other benefits.
