Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations and performance of the business unit.
• Oversee project design, delivery, and cost performance.
• Manage and motivate engineering teams on fast-paced construction projects.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and client satisfaction.
• Develop strategy and handle procurement.
