Are you an experienced Electrical Manager ready to take full ownership of a growing department? This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new client of Jackson Hogg and play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and leading an electrical division with true autonomy.

Job Description
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing electrical team
  • Act as NICEIC Duty Holder / QS and maintain annual accreditation
  • Oversee installation, testing, compliance, and remedial works across commercial and industrial sites
  • Ensure all work aligns with BS7671, CDM, and wider H&S standards
  • Manage the full electrical compliance programme and associated improvement works
  • Get involved in estimating when needed, using systems such as SAGE, Eque2, or similar
  • Identify new business opportunities and bring existing customer contacts where possible
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and department financial performance
Skills Required
  • Minimum 5 years' management experience within electrical contracting, maintenance, or compliance
  • Strong background in commercial/industrial electrical installations
  • Proven ability to run, grow, or significantly improve a department or division
  • NICEIC experience (QS/Duty Holder) highly desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and wider electrical systems
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure
  • IT proficiency, including MS Office and estimating software
  • NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 (or equivalent) required
  • SMSTS / IOSH desirable
