Qualifications

  • Qualified or time-served in an electrical engineering discipline.
  • 18th Edition qualification is advantageous.
  • Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Role: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Source and install new components, perform system fitting and calibration, and replace parts in line with maintenance schedules while ensuring compliance with the latest health and safety standards.
  • Work proactively to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Perform repairs, upgrades, and system modifications, monitor the performance of machinery and systems, and evaluate current procedures to recommend efficiency improvements.
The Person
  • Qualified or time-served in an electrical engineering discipline.
  • Knowledge of automated conveyor systems.
  • 18th Edition qualification would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
