Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd. are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join a well-established company based in Worksop.

You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 Maintenance Engineers, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth running of production equipment. You will use your electrical bias in a heavy manufacturing setting, applying fault-finding skills and a hands-on leadership style to minimise downtime and boost plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with relevant qualifications.
• Experience within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• Previous team leadership experience preferred.
• Hands‑on approach to maintenance and problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 3 Maintenance Engineers.
• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Electrical fault finding and repairs.
• Maintain overhead cranes, furnaces, boilers and treatment plant equipment.
• Minimise downtime and improve plant reliability.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely.
