Electrical Supervisor - Engineering / Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced electrical supervisor to oversee our team of maintenance engineers.

In this role as a Supervisor, you will be responsible mentoring staff, Overseeing their work and ensuring there are working to good safe practice in line with company policies

A strong knowledge of all electrical systems, able to work on single and 3 phase systems and equipment. To ensure success as an electrical supervisor, you should exhibit strong leadership skills and have sound knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems. A top-class electrical supervisor will ensure that all the electrical work done on-site is completed on time and to code.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
• Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
• Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
• Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Overseeing and ordering materials to complete the required tasks.
• Call out contractors when required hen the tasks need specialist contractors to complete the work
• Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
• Monitoring contractors when they are onsite to ensure they are working within their RAMS , and other workers on-site.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Qualifications in electrical engineering or a similar field.
• Proven work experience as an electrical supervisor.
