Position : Electrical Manager

Location : Guildford

Salary : Up to £55,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Hours : Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

A prestigious facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering operations within a high-profile commercial facility in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role with responsibility for team leadership, electrical safety management, and the ongoing performance of building services systems.

What you'll do :

Lead and manage a team of on-site engineers across electrical building services.

Take responsibility for Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) switching operations - training and courses provided where required.

Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory and contractual requirements.

Support with technical guidance, escalation, and development of engineering staff.

Maintain high levels of compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational performance.

Continue to drive operational improvements and uphold strong engineering standards across the site.

What you'll bring :

Proven experience in an electrical engineering role within commercial facilities or similar environments.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.

Good working knowledge of building services systems, LV / HV principles, and statutory requirements.

Professional approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
