Position : Electrical Manager

Salary : Up to £55,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Hours : Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

A prestigious facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering operations within a high-profile commercial facility in Guildford. What you'll do :

Lead and manage a team of on-site engineers across electrical building services.

Take responsibility for Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) switching operations - training and courses provided where required.

Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory and contractual requirements.

Support with technical guidance, escalation, and development of engineering staff.

Maintain high levels of compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational performance.

Continue to drive operational improvements and uphold strong engineering standards across the site.
