  • Hold 18th Edition certification.
  • Ability to provide copies of trade certificates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned and reactive building maintenance.
  • Perform lighting installations and fault-finding.
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests.
  • Monitor BMS Systems.
  • Maintain and update Log books.
  • Handle plumbing issues like unblocking toilets.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment - Sutton - Up to £43,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Sutton has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Sutton. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £43,000, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

Hours of work
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7am to 4 pm - 1 hour unpaid lunch
  • Plenty of Overtime available
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault‑finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors
