Qualifications

• Experience or transferable skills in door entry and warden call systems is a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience in Social Housing installation and maintenance projects is required.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and ability to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
• Participate in a call‑out rota and attend to breakdowns.
• Engage with residents and clients, keeping them informed about work progress.
