A prominent facilities management firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a mobile role in Leeds, handling planned and reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess the 18th Edition certification and have experience in commercial settings. Benefits

22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

On-call payment (£12.50 per night)

Call-outs paid at a minimum of 3 hours OT rate

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial maintenance or facilities management setting.
• Competence in performing basic duties across other trades (plumbing, fabric).

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical fault finding, minor installations, and repairs.
• Attend and resolve day-to-day reactive maintenance issues.
• Assist the projects team with minor installation works and improvements.

Skills

Experience in commercial maintenance

Competence in basic plumbing duties

Ability to conduct electrical fault finding

Education

18th Edition certification

City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical discipline
