Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Salary: 45k

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm

Location: Manchester

A salary up to 45k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.
• Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum.
• 18th Edition.
