Salary: £48,000 + plenty of overtime
Location: Static, large commercial site
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including transformers, circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
• Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works.
• Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.

Requirements:

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship.
