Job summary

A leading manufacturing business in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. This role involves reactive maintenance, operating 3 Phase machinery, and PLC fault finding. The ideal candidate will be NVQ level 3 trained, have experience in a manufacturing environment, and be motivated and reliable. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Must have worked as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, EC&I Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Electrician.
• Motivated, resilient, trustworthy, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain 3 Phase machinery, power distribution, motors, control panels, and inverters.
• Engage in project work and installation.
• Complete work sheets for CMMS.
• Adhere to site health & safety procedures.
• Identify machine reliability issues with production.

The Person

• NVQ level 3 (Apprentice Trained).
• Experienced in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Have worked as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, EC&I Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Technician or Industrial Electrician.
• Motivated, Resilient, Trustworthy and reliable.

The Role

• Reactive maintenance.
• Maintenance of 3 Phase machinery, Power distribution, Motors, Control Panels and Inverters.
• PLC fault finding.
• Project Work and Installation.
• Completion of work sheets to input to CMMS.
• Adhere to site H&S procedure.
• Work closely with production to identify machine reliability issues/opportunity.
