Job summary

Hunter Selection is recruiting a maintenance engineer for a prestigious manufacturer with multiple UK sites. You will join a well-established maintenance team and work on state-of-the-art automated machinery, providing fault-finding, routine maintenance and on-site technical support.

The role offers strong training and development, a stable employer and opportunities to advance through capital projects and site improvements.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering is desirable.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must — open on background as long as you have worked as an electrical maintenance engineer.
• Any PLC experience would be a bonus.

• Working in a fast moving, high-volume environment.
• Fault finding and maintenance support on a range of equipment.
• Lead all preventative maintenance activities.
• Working on a range of high tech automated machinery.
• Act as the technical specialist on site.
• Capital expenditure activities.
• PPM and breakdown assistance.

Following their recent investment they are looking for a maintenance engineer to join their well-established maintenance team, The company has multiple sites within the organisation and offers brilliant stability as well as internal and external training courses on specific manufacturing equipment together with a realistic chance to develop within the team. This business has state of the art automation machinery on site so you would be working on top of the range machinery.
