Maintenance Engineer (Career Progression & Training)

£40,000 - £46,000 + Medical Device Manufacturing + Fantastic Training + Scope to Progress + Optional Overtime + Life Insurance + Medical Cover + Double Days. Workshop based, commutable from Totness, Brixham, Torquay, Dartington, Paignton and surrounding areas. Shifts: Initially days, moving to Double Days 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm. This role offers the opportunity to work for a growing global medical devices manufacturer and actively invest in your electrical and mechanical technical skills with the ability to progress your career while maintaining a good work life balance with double days.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing maintenance team with potential to progress to a multi-skilled maintenance engineer role, while retaining a great work life balance and the option to increase earnings through overtime. The company currently manufactures 40 million parts and plans to grow to 60 million by the end of 2024, working alongside a maintenance team of two with plans to grow to four in the next two years.
