Elix Sourcing Solutions in Chipping Campden is seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to support FMCG processing lines and core plant utilities. You will lead electrical fault diagnosis, perform preventive maintenance, and improve machine reliability across the site.

The role offers a four-day week, a salary of £47,000–£50,000, and a clear career path toward Engineering Management with opportunities to lead shift operations and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Electrically biased engineer with relevant technical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Cross-skilled mechanical capability (pumps, drives, pneumatics).
• Experience in continuous manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or packaging sectors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventive maintenance schedules and respond rapidly to breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot faults in VSDs, AC/DC motors, sensors, and PLCs.
