Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a double-days role in Hereford, offering 43,000–48,000 plus overtime and a company bonus.

You will fault find on PLCs, work on 3-phase motors, drives and sensors, and perform planned and reactive maintenance in a busy industrial environment.

Rotating shifts 5:30am-2pm and 1:30pm-10pm, with overtime paid at 1.5x (2x on Sundays); training provided to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience fault finding on PLCs.
• Background in manufacturing or plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Work on 3-phase motors, drives, sensors and PLC fault finding.
• Further training provided through specific courses if needed.
• Rotating shifts: 5:30am-2pm, then 1:30pm-10pm, weekly rotation.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sundays 2x.
