Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer for a global manufacturing group in North Ayrshire. You will perform electrical maintenance on production machinery, carrying out planned, corrective and reactive tasks to keep the site running efficiently.

This role offers Monday-Thursday, 38 hours, 7:00am-16:48pm, with a salary around £39k plus healthcare, pension, bonus, and training and development opportunities. Commutable from Ayr, Kilmarnock, Irvine, Beith, Stevenston.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering qualifications required (HNC / NVQ / City and Guilds).
• Good working knowledge of maintenance practice.
• Willingness to work for a global manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Planned + corrective + reactive electrical maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair electrical breakdowns & carry out periodic inspection and testing.
• Work 38 hours Monday - Thursday (7:00am - 16:48pm).
