Energy Jobline CVL is proud to connect an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a unique Essex site. Based in a 24/7 facilities team, you’ll deliver planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC, electrical and life-safety assets using IWMS and work within a high-standards safety culture.

The role offers a base of £34,797 plus a 10% bonus, on-call allowance around £2,800, and an HV/LV Authorised Person training grant of £1,500, with 26 days leave and private health and other benefits.

Qualificações

• Authorized Person HV/LV status and responsibilities for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance of building services.
• Familiarity with IWMS or similar maintenance management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance tasks via the IWMS.
• Diagnose and resolve faults to maintain safe operations with minimal downtime.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, public health, fire safety, and life-safety assets.
• Conduct site measurements, surveys, and incident management as directed.
• Support specialists in periodic, reactive, and emergency maintenance.
• Act as an Authorised Person (HV/LV) – Electrical/Mechanical for 24/7 operations.
• Complete annual training, meet objectives, and follow SLAs and safety standards.
• Promote health & safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
