Job Type: Part‑time, Permanent

Honeycomb Dental Clinic is an independent practice located in Winscombe, a community‑focused area within 30 minutes of Bristol and 20 minutes of Weston‑Super‑Mare. The clinic operates five surgeries, is fully computerized, and features digital radiography, rotary endodontics, and modern dental chairs equipped with LED light. It offers a mix of private, Denplan, and a minimal NHS patient base.

Responsibilities
  • Take over a mature list of predominantly private and Denplan patients with a small NHS component.
  • Deliver 500‑1,000 UDAs per year (pro‑rata), approximately 10 UDAs per day, mainly catering to children.
  • Maintain and grow the list of regular private patients while attracting new private patients.
  • Assist in the clinical practice’s conversion from NHS to private/Denplan, supporting the team through this transition.
  • Collaborate with the manager, deputy manager, and team of nurses, hygienists, therapists, receptionists, and a decontamination lead.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Full NHS Performer and PIN number.
  • GDC registration and indemnity certificates.
  • Degree certificate.
  • CPR certificate dated within the last 12 months.
  • Hepatitis B immunisation.
  • Enhanced DBS check within the last 24 months.
  • Clinical references covering employment over the past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
  • Special interest or specialty preferred for skill development.
Working Hours & Compensation
  • 3 or 4 days per week (to be discussed).
  • Salary range of £4,000 – £6,000 per month, dependent on performance and working days.
  • 50% split on private work and lab fees.
