The Sterling Choice is assisting with a recruitment for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to join a busy production site. The role is Monday–Friday double days, with Week 1 6am–2pm and Week 2 2pm–10pm, offering a £52,000–£54,000 salary and no night shifts.

You'll perform reactive and planned maintenance across the site, with fault finding and continuous improvement as core duties, collaborating closely with engineering and production teams.

Competenze

• Electrical bias with solid mechanical skills.
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing is desirable.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday double days with no nights.

Mansioni

I’m working with a really strong, well-known business that is looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their engineering team.

This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer who enjoys being hands-on and working in a busy production environment.

The role:

• Monday–Friday double days
• Week 1: 6am–2pm
• Week 2: 2pm–10pm
• £52,000–£54,000
• Electrical bias with solid mechanical skills
• Reactive and planned maintenance across the site
• Fault finding, breakdown response and continuous improvement
• Working closely with the wider engineering and production teams

Ideally, you’ll have experience within FMCG or another fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll be joining a strong brand with a well-established operation, with plenty of opportunity to develop your engineering skills further.
