Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.
• Perform EICR testing.
• Lighting installation and fault-finding.

• Monitor BMS System.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing tasks as needed.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Healthcare Environment – Sutton

Up to £45,794

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Sutton has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Sutton. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on‑site as well as carrying out EICR testing.

This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,794, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

Hours of Work

• 4 on 4 off days only 07:00 AM – 19:00 PM
• Plenty of Overtime available

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault‑finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
