Qualifications

  • Apprentice trained and qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Siemens S7 PLC is preferable.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary : £50,000

Shift : Panama rotating days and nights (12 hour shifts)

Location : Near Thatcham

My client is looking for an Apprentice Trained and Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing business, as a market leader in their field across the UK. This is a varied role, working on large scale manufacturing equipment, completing planned and reactive maintenance.

The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be rewarded with a competitive salary and have the opportunity to do overtime paid at premium rates.

Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer :
  • The ability to fault find and test automated machinery
  • Knowledge of AC and DC drives and PLC's preferably Siemens S7
  • Minimum Level 3 Electrical qualification (BTEC or NVQ)
  • Manufacturing or forces background
  • Must have experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer within the UK
