Job summary

A manufacturing business in Lincoln is looking for a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer. This role offers varied responsibilities, including reactive maintenance, PLC fault finding, and collaboration with production teams. The ideal candidate should have NVQ level 3 and experience in similar engineering roles. This position works Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Have worked as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, EC&I Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Technician or Industrial Electrician.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive maintenance.
• Maintain 3-Phase machinery and power distribution.
• Conduct PLC fault finding.
• Engage in project work and installation.
• Complete worksheets for CMMS.
• Adhere to site Health & Safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production to identify machine reliability issues.

The business is expanding its Lincoln site and has an immediate requirement for a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of expert engineers. This role is critical to the business function and offers a varied role where no two days are the same in this fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Person

• NVQ level 3 (Apprentice Trained).
• Experienced in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Have worked as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, EC&I Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Technician or Industrial Electrician.
• Motivated, resilient, trustworthy and reliable.

Role

• Reactive maintenance.
• Maintenance of 3‑Phase machinery, power distribution, motors, control panels and inverters.
• PLC fault finding.
• Project work and installation.
• Completion of worksheets to input to CMMS.
• Adhere to site H&S procedure.
• Work closely with production to identify machine reliability issues/opportunities.
