Job summary

A facilities management service provider is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Tower Hill, London. This role requires being electrically qualified with a City & Guilds Level 2&3 certification and having a strong background in commercial building maintenance. The successful candidate will manage all planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing. The position offers a competitive salary of £45-47,000 along with benefits such as holiday and pension. This is a sole engineer role which also involves site management and communication with clients.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Tower Hill, London - £45-47,500

CBW Staffing Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer to work for an established FM Service Provider at a high-end commercial office in Tower Hill, London. The successful candidate will hold C&G Level 3 Electrical qualification and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a sole engineer role within the on-site maintenance team. The individual will be responsible for carrying out all planned and reactive building maintenance across the tenanted area. Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm.

Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Air Handling Unit’s
  • Building Management Systems
  • Air Conditioning equipment
  • Cold Water systems
  • Heating and Ventilation systems
  • Emergency lighting
  • Fan Coil Units
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & Colds)
  • Escort / organise sub contractors
  • Attend client meetings if required
  • Ensure site log books are kept up to date
