A leading energy company in the UK is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for the Medway Power Station. This position involves managing a team and overseeing daily maintenance of electrical assets, including high voltage systems. Ideal candidates will have an HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and experience in team management. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits supporting family and wellbeing.

Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + annual performance incentive + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time, 37 hours per week | Flexible working patterns available
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the daily planned maintenance of electrical assets across the Power Station, including power distribution systems, HV/LV motors, actuators, switchgear (up to 400 kV), transformers, generators (up to 15 kV), and excitation systems.
You will lead a team of technicians and electrical apprentices, working closely with the Electrical Engineer, third‑party partners, and SSEs Engineering and Innovation teams. Collaborating with mechanical and C&I counterparts, you'll support the Stations Production team and coordinate with Shift Group Leaders to achieve operational goals.
