Qualifications

  • Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Electrical Maintenance.
  • Capable of interpreting electrical schematic drawings.
  • Knowledge and application of Maintenance management systems (SAP).
  • Knowledge of PLC systems and ability to fault find.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to onsite production environment.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Proactively resolve repeat machine failure.
  • Report findings to customers.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • You will be part of a reliability maintenance engineering team that will provide support to our onsite production environment.
  • You will be required to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and attend to machine breakdown and safely apply fault finding techniques & fixes.
  • You will work proactively and offer new initiatives to help resolve repeat machine failure.
  • You will report findings in a structured and professional manner to our customer.

Shift Rotation

The position will require shift rotation between days and back shift with call out commitment shared on Rota with the current team. Rotation: 5 weeks Days / 5 Weeks Backshift Rotation with other colleagues.

Qualifications
  • Time served apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in Electrical Maintenance.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Skilled in Electrical maintenance with mechanical knowledge.
  • Capable of interpreting electrical schematic drawings.
  • Knowledge and application of Maintenance management systems (SAP).
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems and ability to fault find logically.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance application.
  • Knowledge of CBM (Condition Based Monitoring) techniques.
  • IPAF & FLT Training will be provided.

Working Hours

Backshift Monday to Thursday (15:00-23:30) Friday (11:00-16:00)

Salary + 26% Shift Premium
