In this Monday - Friday varied position you will be based out of a modern, purpose built and fully equipped factory / office. You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance teams' schedules, operations and reliability concepts. You will primarily be office-based with some hands on requirements.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to step off the tools, progress your career and focus on more operational, reliability and scheduling aspects of a hugely-successful business.

The Role:

  • Maintenance improvements - Electrically focused.
  • Manage and support scheduling, reliability and operations.
  • Monday - Friday days shift (60% office / 40% plant).


The Person:

  • Maintenance Engineering background (Electrical).
  • Commutable to Bristol.
  • Manufacturing / Production / Management background.
