Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bristol, UK
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a rewarding opportunity in the Bristol area? Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join their team as a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine electrical maintenance and inspections across the site.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with current regulations and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the on-site team to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions.
  • Participate in planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
  • Support energy efficiency initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of site operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition).
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Previous experience in a static role is highly desirable.
