Job description

Role: Lead Maintenance Engineer (Sole Charge)

Location: Central London (High-End Static Site)

Salary: £52,000 + Overtime + Great Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Call-out only 1 in 16)

Run Your Own Building. We are looking for an experienced, Electrical-biased Lead Engineer to take full ownership of the hard services at a prestigious commercial site in Central London.

Key Duties:
  • Technical Delivery (80%): deliver high-quality PPMs and reactive repairs, ensuring the building environment remains pristine.
  • Electrical Expertise: Manage everything from LV distribution and lighting systems to comprehensive fault-finding and emergency light testing.
  • HVAC Competence: Diagnose and repair AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and splits.
  • Site Management: Oversee specialist sub-contractors (Lifts, Fire, Water) and ensure all site logbooks and compliance documentation are audit‑ready.
The Candidate:
  • Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (C&G Level 3 & 18th Edition).
  • Strong HVAC knowledge is essential—you must be comfortable diagnosing air conditioning and ventilation issues independently.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing, corporate environment.
