A leading energy provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Operations Technician. The role involves maintaining and repairing electrical systems to ensure the safe operation of gas transmission assets. Huntingdon or Cambridge
On-site 5 days a week at either Huntingdon or Cambridge, as well as travel to other sites across the region as required.

We\'re looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical & Instrumentation Operations Technician to join our East area operations team. In this role, you\'ll carry out maintenance, fault-finding and repair activities on electrical, control and instrumentation systems to ensure the continuous and safe operation of our gas transmission assets.
You\'ll be a safety-conscious engineering technician with a strong commitment to operational excellence. You\'ll be collaborative, and thrive in team environments where precision and reliability are key. You\'ll have a proactive approach to problem solving, and have a deep respect for compliance and safety standards, ensuring assets are maintained to the highest standards. You\'ll also bring a calm and capable presence to emergency situations.
Security clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
