Electrical Installation Technician - The Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Electrical Installation Technician to join our dedicated team.

If you have a strong background in the electrical trade and want to use your knowledge to inspire and support learners, this is your chance to make a lasting impact. You will work hands‑on in our workshops, mentoring students, maintaining high‑quality tools and equipment, and ensuring the next generation of electricians are industry‑ready.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Supporting Learning: Help students and lecturers during practical sessions, offering expert advice and technical guidance.
  • Maintaining Workshops: Keep our tools, materials, and learning spaces safe, organised, and up to professional standards.
  • Mentoring Learners: Share your industry know‑how, helping learners gain confidence and competence in their practical skills.
  • Ensuring Safety: Uphold high standards of health, safety, and compliance in every activity.
  • Driving Progress: Work with teaching staff to introduce the latest technologies and modern methods in electrical installation.
What we are looking for :
  • An NVQ Level 2 or above in Electrical Installation or a related field.
