Job summary

Adsyst Automation Ltd is seeking an Electrical Installation Engineer to survey, install, commission and support site-based control systems for key clients. The role is predominantly electrical with some PLC programming; travel to sites is required, sometimes up to 3 hours away, with occasional overnight stays.

You will need electrical qualifications (C&G, BTEC, NVQ3, ONC or HNC/HND, 18th edition) and 2+ years of practical experience.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications C&G, BTEC, NVQ3, ONC or HNC/HND, 18th edition required.
• Experience in service & support, electrical installation or maintenance.
• Experience of equipment installation and commissioning such as PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Survey, install, commission and support site based control systems and equipment.
• Work alone or as part of a team to complete tasks to high standards and deadlines.
• Travel to sites (up to ~3 hours away) with some overnight stays and 20% of week away from home.
