Clements Young are recruiting an Electrical Improver to join an industrial project near Ruskington, Lincolnshire.

The contract runs until the end of January 2027 with hours 08:00–17:00 (8.5 paid) and a day rate up to £299. Start ASAP.

Requirements include an ECS Card and IPAF licence. You will work on containment, motors, limits, isolators, sensors DBs and control panels for new build chicken sheds.

Electrical Improver Required | Industrial | Ruskington

Clements Young are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Improver to join an industrial project near Ruskington, Lincolnshire.

The work is expected to last until the end of January 2027, and will involve working on new build chicken sheds.

• Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm (8.5 paid) - you can work flexibly between 7am and 7pm on most days (11.5 hours paid maximum)
• Rate: £26.00 per hour / Up to £299.00 per day
• Work Type: Containment, motors, limits, isolators, sensors DB's and control panels
• Required: ECS Card, IPAF Licence
• Start: ASAP / Monday 28th September 2026
