Electrical & Gas Qualified Supervisor – M&E (Installation & Maintenance)

Location: Woking

Salary: £57,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced and multi‑skilled Electrical & Gas Qualified Supervisor to oversee a range of mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance projects across commercial sites. This role would suit a hands‑on supervisor with strong technical knowledge, capable of managing teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high safety and quality standards across all works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate M&E installation and maintenance teams across commercial and residential properties.
• Oversee all electrical and gas compliance, ensuring works meet current IEE Wiring Regulations and Gas Safe standards.
• Carry out site inspections, testing, and certification of completed works.
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and subcontractors.
• Review RAMS, ensure adherence to health & safety requirements, and promote best practice on site.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks when required.
• Prepare and complete relevant documentation, reports, and certifications.

Requirements

• Recognised Electrical qualification (18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
• Gas Safe registration (CCN1 + relevant commercial/domestic elements).
• Proven experience in supervising M&E installation and maintenance works.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
