Job summary
People Solutions are recruiting an Electrical Fitter for our client in Oldbury. The role is Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays, with overtime and a performance bonus. Immediate starts available and ongoing training.
You will assemble mechanical and electrical components, install hydraulics, follow engineering drawings, and support quality checks. Suitable candidates will have experience in engineering/manufacturing and knowledge of electrical principles, with familiarity of air,
Qualifications
- Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
- Familiarity with air, electrical and manual tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.
Responsibilities
- Assembling mechanical and electrical components.
- Installing hydraulics and other mechanical systems.
- Conducting in-line inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Using air, electrical and manual tools safely and effectively.
- Following engineering drawings and technical instructions.
- Supporting quality inspections and mechanical testing activities.
