Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator or M&E Estimator.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations.
• Experience pricing tenders, variations and small works projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Experience using estimating software (Simpro highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Preparing competitive tenders for commercial electrical and M&E projects.
• Producing quotations for planned maintenance and reactive works.
• Pricing project variations and additional works.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender packages.
• Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Producing detailed cost breakdowns and tender submissions.
• Supporting successful project handovers to delivery teams.
• Helping improve estimating processes and efficiency across the business.

The Opportunity

As Electrical Estimator, you'll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive tenders and quotations across a wide range of electrical and technology projects.

You’ll work closely with operational and commercial teams, helping secure new contracts while ensuring projects are handed over seamlessly following a successful bid.
