• Working towards a degree in one of the listed subjects.
• Degree accreditation is preferred where possible.
• Security clearance requirements may apply (BPSS and SC).

Responsibilities

• Join Cavendish Nuclear for an Electrical Engineering Placement Year and contribute to safe, secure nuclear solutions.
• Work on live projects within a multidisciplinary team across design, safety assessments and planning.
• Perform calculations, support technical assessments and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with project planning and development of technologies for current and future facilities.
• Gain exposure to commissioning, operations, and decommissioning contexts on-site or from offices.
