Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the electrical engineering team.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and OEMs to meet performance, cost, and sustainability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in design reviews.
Requirements
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Proven technical leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong background in electrical system design for power generation or industrial equipment.
  • In‑depth knowledge of generators, switchgear, protection systems, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
