Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude (industry experience preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of ventilation or air movement principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to design ducted ventilation systems.
• Prepare accurate calculation sheets and quotations for client inquiries.
• Provide technical product support to internal teams and external clients via email, phone, and occasional site visits.
• Use Microsoft Office, bespoke software, and AutoCAD LT to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Generate monthly reports on quote pipelines and conversions.
• Contribute to improving departmental efficiency and processes.
