Electrical Engineer Surveyor

Salary: Basic from £40,500 + Company Car Allowance £5,500. Benefits.

Location: Livingston, West Lothian.

Responsibilities

A large Blue‑Chip organisation is currently looking for a Electrical Engineer Surveyor to cover the West Lothian area. Working Monday–Friday with flexible hours, you will be required to visit client sites to complete quality assessments and rigorous inspections of fixed wiring installations and electrical plant items.

Skills required

• Level 4 electrical engineering qualification with a good level of practical experience as a domestic and/or industrial electrician.
• Level 3 qualified electrical engineers with significant practical experience as a domestic and/or industrial electrician.
• Testing and inspection experience – City & Guilds 2391 qualification ideal.
• Experience working in hazardous environments (CompEx).
• Able to work unsupervised and make decisions on condition and future use of equipment.
• Able to work at height and in confined spaces.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence customers.
• Candidate must live in or around Livingston and be prepared to cover the West Lothian area.
