Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of DC power systems, PLC and CAN control architecture.
  • Experience with fault-finding, new builds, quality control, and documentation of processes.
  • Ability to work from drawings, work instructions, and produce required documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, assemble, and fit electrical components and systems according to specifications.
  • Conduct quality control and set working parameters for vessel electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and troubleshoot issues.

Skills

Understanding of DC power systems
Experience with fault-finding
Proficient use of hand tools
Computer literacy

Education

City & Guilds, HNC or HND in Electrical, Electronic or Marine Engineering
