Your Role:

• Oversee and develop maintenance and planned preventative systems.
• Design, specify, and install electrical equipment for new projects and upgrades - manage budgets too!
• Lead a team of 4 electrical personnel and manage external contractors.
• Act as our go-to Company Technical Authority on electrical matters.
• Ensure compliance with ATEX, BS60079, HSE, EA, and all safety regulations.
• Promote a safe, innovative, and effective working environment.
• Train and develop your team to ensure top performance.

What We’re Looking For: Essential Qualifications

• Minimum HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 5+ years practical experience post-HNC - 2+ years in a supervisory role in an industrial environment.
