We're looking for a talented Electrical Engineer based in Dumbarton to design, develop, and support electrical systems for Aggreko‑manufactured products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our electrical designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and sustain electrical systems for a wide range of Aggreko products
• Capture and manage electrical system requirements, supporting integration, validation, and commissioning
• Produce specifications, schematic and wiring diagrams, and test procedures
• Develop and maintain electrical CAD models using EPLAN and AutoCAD
• Maintain accurate Bills of Material and part specifications
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and operational teams globally

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in electrical systems design, preferably in equipment or product development
• Proficiency with EPLAN P8, EPLAN Pro Panel, and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of electrical controls, panel building, generator controls, and drives
• Ability to perform electrical design calculations up to 13.8kV
• Familiarity with PLM, MRP, engineering change control, and international standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
