What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA timelines

  • Diagnosing and repairing modular UPS systems and power quality issues

  • Monitoring and maintaining critical systems in trading environments

  • Conducting emergency response and standby duties

  • Performing site surveys, producing method statements and risk assessments

  • Installing and upgrading plant and equipment

  • Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial and safety processes

  • Supporting the Facilities Management Team with technical insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations

  • Full High Voltage Authorisation (S4) or equivalent

  • Experience in testing and inspecting electrical systems

  • Strong understanding of critical environments and risk-focused maintenance

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH, COSHH, Risk Assessments, etc.)

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with BMS, HVAC, VAV, FCU systems, and chilled water circuits

  • Familiarity with CDM processes and water hygiene (L8)

  • Previous Authorised Person (e.g., AP15/12) status
