Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in commercial property maintenance.
• Knowledge of critical experience in banking or data centres is desirable.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the site.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Conduct High Voltage (HV) isolation and switching operations adhering to safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain UPS systems and standby generators.
• Monitor and control BMS and SCADA systems for efficient plant operations.

Skills

Qualified in electrical installations / engineering

3 years experience in commercial property maintenance

High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) operations

Troubleshooting skills

Education

City and guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent

Tools

Building Management Systems (BMS)

SCADA systems

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
