The role involves working within the FM Hard Services Team, focusing on mechanical maintenance and supporting a variety of sites. Qualifications

  • Experience working on a Mobile maintenance contract across Commercial sites.
  • Relevant electrical installation diplomas at various levels.

Responsibilities

  • Perform PPM tasks across various sites.
  • Handle reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Conduct general repairs and maintenance.
  • Focus on mechanical maintenance.

Job description

As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll be working within the FM Hard Services Team supporting them in all FM related works with a bias towards Mechanical Maintenance across a variety of sites. Your day to day will include:

Responsibilities
  • PPM tasks across a number of sites on the contract
  • Reactive Maintenance Tasks
  • Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors
  • General repairs and maintenance
  • Mechanical maintenance
Qualifications
  • You have experience working on a Mobile maintenance contract across Commercial sites
  • EAL Electrical installation QCF Diploma levels 1,2 & 3 (601/0409/0 & 600/6724/X & 600/9331/6)
  • C&G 2360 Part 1 & Part 2
  • C&G 2365-02 Level 2 Diploma in Electrical installations (Buildings and structures) 600/5498/0
  • EAL Diploma in Electrotechnical services (Units 1,2,3,4,5&6)
