A leading environmental services provider in the UK is seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver technical expertise in electrical design and high voltage systems. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience and offers opportunities for personal growth across multiple energy recovery facilities. As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll be one of our specialists in electrical systems, across our energy and material recovery facilities. This is a hybrid role with a mixture of office and onsite work, you’ll spend around ~40% of your time travelling (on average 2–3 days per week with overnight stays) to provide project and operational support.

The Electrical Engineer position allows for the option of being based at any of our locations with suitable capacity.
Internally this role is called Technical Plant Engineer – Electrical.
In return, you’ll gain exposure across multiple cutting‑edge energy recovery facilities, while developing your expertise in power generation, HV systems, and industrial design.
For this role we would consider a person from an electrical design background who may be looking to transition into a more hands on engineering role.
