Inform3 Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Director to lead and grow the UK division in London. The role focuses on taking ownership of electrical projects from conception to completion, directing design, procurement, installation and commissioning, and building a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has significant senior leadership experience within the electrical sector, a track record in scaling operations, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Senior/Leadership position within the Electrical Sector.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on initiatives at both strategic and macro level.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing robust processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
• The ability to negotiate, influence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the development and management of the division.
• Plan, develop and implementing the strategy for the operational management of project delivery to ensure that the agreed organisational performance plans are met within the agreed budgets and timescales.
• Responsible for issue resolution activities with clients and subcontractors.
• Managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Production of Risk and Method Statements.

Our client is looking for a director to develop and grow their UK division. The successful candidate will be an experienced Manager with proven history in operational growth and scaling up a business within the electrical sector.

The scope of the role will also include taking ownership of the existing Electrical projects from conception to completion, managing a team overseeing all aspects of the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of various projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the development and management of the division
• Plan, develop and implementing the strategy for the operational management of project delivery to ensure that the agreed organisational performance plans are met within the agreed budgets and timescales
• Responsible for issue resolution activities with clients and subcontractors
