Electrical Designer – Hounslow

Ref 1963 | Salary up to £36,200 OTE £48,400 + Benefits

I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Designer to work for a leading Engineering organisation based in Hounslow. Salary up to £32,000 OTE £48,400 + Benefits.

The organisation is an industry leader within their field delivering world class products into a specialist market. They have a team of highly motivated individuals that are extremely driven and pride themselves on delivering their innovative portfolio of products and engineering expertise to clients across the globe.

Due to a further expansion and in line with increasing demand for their product range, the organisation has the need to appoint an Electrical Designer on a permanent basis.

In this role as an Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for the electrical designs related to the organisation's products. This could include electrical design and development work that will support tenders and proposals to aid the sales teams, but will also include R&D work looking at novel technologies that could be introduced, as well as supporting production with designing electrical systems for ordered products. Any R&D work will need to be supported with applicable feasibility studies and justifications.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or similar (a placement year can also be considered)
• Knowledge of Electrical CAD (Ideally AutoCAD Electrical)
• Knowledge of PLC’s
• Knowledge of HMI’s
